|For our customer we are looking for customer support agents that are able to provide top of the line technical support. These agents won’t attend phone calls. They will manage cases.
Work experience and knowledge
Skill in providing an exceptional customer experience.
Skill in verbal and written communication to analyze, interpret and address customer needs.
Knowledge of computer operating systems.
Knowledge of computer hardware.
Ability to work in a time critical environment.
Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes.
Ability to employ professionalism and self-control in deescalating the upset customer.
Ability and willingness to provide presales support.
High school diploma with a minimum of 2 years related technical experience.
Technical Certifications preferred. (i.e. MCP, MCSE, CNE, A+, Network +, Server +)
Previous technical or IT education and/or experience in IT or BPO field is considered as a strong advantage
