A high level of knowledge and understanding within all stages of the recruitment process including current employment legislation.
Experience in an internal recruitment/generalist HR role. Liaise and support with line managers to assess recruitment requirements.
Maintaining and updating the attendance and absence system and records – Assisting the HR and recruitment team. Working Hours: Up to 20 hours per week.
The successful candidates will have the passion and drive to bring on new clients and candidates for our business. Resource new candidates for the placements.
Act as strategic support to research, design and provide guidance on business-relevant HR strategies and solutions. Fluency in Mandarin and English.
